This project offers a unique product to an underserved market: small and medium enterprises needing high quality office space in a premium location. 

Landscapes to the front, rear and on a fire refuge terrace on the 6th floor offer social identity to the building.  

On the two long sides, a set of waveform horizontal louvres on the lower segment and vertical fins on the upper segment offer human scale and a unique identity to the building, while simultaneously providing solar shading.
