The building is respectful of its location in the heart of the City at Defence colony, Indiranagar Bangalore, with the site area of 5400sqft. 

Design comprised of stacked layers with shifting heights in the elevation and protrusions across the longer side and managed to have a connect with the shorter side also. 

The Larger part of the building is oriented in a east-west direction with 1 Unit planned on ground floor and 2 units planned per level for other 3 floors. Totally comprising of 7 units for whole building. To cut down on the sun and view from the road, the south and east side was planned with recessed balconies and vertical and horizontal Louvers for the private areas. Openness and privacy are controlled through careful consideration of solids and windows positions at right locations. 

The structure is cladded with Balipatnam clay blocks which have thermal insulation properties along with concrete texture paint. , The vertical and horizontal Louvers made of Composite wood materials which gave the elegance to the structure.
