The project is a campus attached to the existing CMTI campus at Tumkur road and the requirement includes student and staff facilities to cater 300 students including classrooms, cafeteria, workshop, along with a convention centre of 850 capacity serving both campus and outsiders also. The site is filled with vegetation of local species. The zoning is done in such a way that the Proximity of the auditorium to the access road is more compared to the rest of the campus. Main propostion is to creating Campus as a Community through a social spine which combines various nodes of interactions and blend the inside spaces into the outside nature.
