One acre site in Devanahalli houses 40 MIG apartments in four levels. Built maas almost hugs three edges of the site creating a great arrival plaza making sure none of the apartment blocks look into one another. All the apartments take maximum unobstructed view around the site with large openings and corner windows. The balconies on the upper floor staggers to create double volume spaces which provide better quality of light and ventilation with provisions to accomodate planters for the sense of ground and nature. No two aparments share walls thereby creating slits which adds to the quality of light and ventilation in the utility areas. Apartment planning is also carried out based on the vastu principles.
