Nitesh Camp David is a Residential Complex located in Frazer town; Bangalore. The site is essentially an urban vacancy surrounded by residences on all sides. It is located 50 mts away from the nearest main road and is accessed by means of a private road. Eight eloquent duplex units constitute the entity. The design intent is to recreate the ambience and functionality of a house. Each of the units has its own private garden, with the living and bedrooms opening into it thus acting as a focal point for the entire unit. To accentuate the volume of the unit, the living room is conceived as a double height space. The openings in the form of double height glazing and sliding doors are provided generously to provide ample light and ventilation.
