Concept : Orchard
Orchard is a training center of campus recruits, designed to reflect the needs of the new "Millennial" generation which respond to mentoring over supervision, as mentoring is oriented towards learning and is a two way communication. There are three houses in Orchard, based on the idea of "Action' 'Joy' and "Imagination' as the declared DNA of the company. The color scheme reflects the logo of the company. Each house is mentored by a senior manager and contains a large amphitheatre space, a classroom and a computer lab. Discovery trail displays information on the company, and links the three homes with project rooms, a quite work room and room for training in soft skills.
