The design seeks to establish an external public image of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a world class global company. Internally it develops a public spine of three atriums - a conservatory cum reception, amphitheater and cafeteria that climb up the slope of the site, setting up a sky lit processional pedestrian and social sequence through the building. The office interior layouts also respond to these spaces as central nuclei and are arranged to create layers of social and private hierarchies. A constant awareness of light and greenery with specific zones that allow scheduled and impromptu gatherings create vibrant, interactive and constantly changing community spaces. The project is in the final stage of construction.
